Strategic Design: Developed comprehensive user journeys based on observational studies to understand how people move through a physical environment. Behavioral Nudges: Concepted "non-verbal cues" and signaling elements—such as soft nudges and at-a-glance totem displays—to guide users through monitored spaces and notify them of room availability or upcoming bookings without being intrusive. Designed the end-to-end system architecture and high-fidelity dashboard UI, translating complex spatial data into actionable insights across mobile, web, and physical totem displays.
